    The report reviews 33 comprehensive public transportation projects for the Delaware Valley Region in Pennsylvania. The emphasis of the report is on the planned development of this urbanized area with special reference to public transportation facilities and services. The various operating agencies in this area which have responsibility for short-range planning include the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA), the city of Philadelphia, the city of Trenton, and the Mercer County Improvement Authority (MICA).
