Idaho Statewide Testing Program for 1976-77
This report describes the procedures and results of the Idaho Statewide Testing Program for 1976-77. The statewide testing program was put together in response to a request from the Idaho Senate's Health, Education and Welfare (HEW) Committee, and it was decided to conduct a random sampling of school districts to try to find out what is now being done in terms of basic skills. The purpose of this assessment is ultimately to improve educational practices for the benefit of Idaho students.
