Maine Test for Deleterious Material in Aggregates
The purpose of the study was to improve the 'Maine test for deleterious materials' in concrete aggregates. A modification of Maine's former test was developed which correlated well with service records, and freezing and thawing tests, and which gave good reproducibility. (BPR abstract)
