Historic Structure Report: St. Joseph's Mission-Historical Data Section, Nez Perce National Historical Park, Idaho
The project involves St. Joseph's Mission Church, Slickpoo, Idaho. The structure is of the second order of significance. The proposed treatment is the preservation and partial interior and exterior restoration of the structure to its historical appearance as an active mission church. Generally the structure will be restored to its appearance as of the last year it was an active mission church, 1958. However, certain features present at that time, such as an interior partition that divided the nave and that was installed in 1954, will not be reconstructed.
