LOFT Experimental Measurements Uncertainty Analyses. Volume I. Methodology and Summary
This report describes the methodology used for estimating experimental measurement uncertainties in the Loss-of-Fluid Test (LOFT) Program. The LOFT measurement uncertainties are concisely defined in terms of an interval which includes the central 95 percent of the measurement results. The estimated uncertainties for each LOFT measurement system are summarized.
