Population, economic, social and physical information are documented in the report to provide a background in the consideration of housing. Initial studies and analyses are documented that identify existing housing conditions, existing and future housing needs, problems and obstacles to future housing development. Objectives and implementing actions are identified and scheduled to alleviate housing problems. Particular attention has been given to housing of low- and moderate-income families.
