The emphasis has been in the empirical testing of the Digital Conferencing Unit as a single conferencer and in tandem operation for conference quality. The details of the algorithm were changed in an optimization of the original design reported in the Second Quarterly Report. During this period, a visualization plan and test plan were generated and a design review took place at Fort Monmouth on 19 February 1974.
