Discussion is made including computer programs used, routing methods used, assumptions made, and results obtained. Also included is a discussion concerning the effects of failure to maintain adequate freeboard above the Probable Maximum Flood pool with regard to potential loss of life and property downstream of Winnibigoshish Dam.
