The dam is a 642 ft. long, 60 ft. high earth embankment flood retention dam. The visual inspection did not disclose any findings that indicate an immediate unsafe condition. The dam is generally in good condition. It should be assured that the gate on the intake structure is in good working order. Barriers should be installed to prevent further intrusion by motorized vehicles. (Author)
