Middle Rio Grande Water Assessment: Canal Seepage Field Investigations Performed November 1993. Supporting Document Number 12
The Bureau of Reclamation in cooperation with the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District and the City of Albuquerque, measured canal seepage using ponding tests at five locations on the Districts irrigation supply system. The purpose of the study is to estimate actual and potential canal seepage contributions to shallow ground water recharge.
