Metropolitan Indianapolis Housing Study
This work paper continues the analysis process relative to the housing situation in metropolitan Indianapolis. It sets forth projections of total housing demand in the metropolitan Indianapolis area over the 1967-1985 period, and identifies the sources of supply from which this demand must be met. The total demand for housing supplies is discussed, including new housing units, and the greater number of existing units through which most households change or upgrade their housing by constant interchange.
