Fallout Shelter Surveys: Guide for Architects and Engineers
The purpose of this guide is to provide architects and engineers with procedures and standards for (1) evaluating the fallout shelter potential of existing structures, and (2) modifying structures from the standpoint of radiation shielding and habitability to improve their worth as fallout shelters. These same procedures and standards may be used for preliminary design to incorporate shelter into new structures. (Author)
