ACI Staff Member Recognized as Rising Leader
Lauren Mentz, ACI Director of Event Services, has been recognized as one of the "Rising Leaders for 2017" by the Michigan Society of Association Executives, at its annual convention, June 10-12 in Lansing MI. Winners were chosen by the impact they've made on their community and industry, as well as how they've exhibited motivation, forward thinking, and leadership. Mentz received her BS in hospitality and tourism management from Grand Valley State University, Allendale MI. Through the Events Industry Council, she obtained her Certified Meeting Professional designation, a globally recognized standard of excellence in the meetings, conventions, and event industry.
