Sherbrooke Student Chapter – ACI Holds Competition
The Quad Chart Competition is a popular scientific competition for master's and PhD students at Universite de Sherbrooke working in the concrete field. The Sherbrooke Student Chapter--ACI created the event in 2015. Attendees are able to discover and learn about research projects being carried out within the department during an evening of 5-minute presentations. Contestants have to explain their research projects based solely on a one-slide powerpoint divided into four charts, hence the name Quad Chart. The best presentations are rewarded with the Jury Prize ($100) and the Audience Prize ($100).
