Limiting-state design of permafrost beds for global warming
Abstract The stability of permafrost beds is examined from positions of reliability theory. A method is proposed for calculation of the safety factor; use of this method makes it possible to account for random variations in air temperature and global warming of the climate in the limiting-state design of beds.
