Analysis of Practical Application of Screw-in Cast Piles
Characteristics of the design and fabrication procedure for “Fundex” and “Atlas” screwin cast piles are examined, and basic advantages and disadvantages of their use under conditions of the highly deformable saturated soils of Saint Petersburg are analyzed. Recommendation are given for safe installation of cast-in-place piles indense urban settings.
