Determination of the modulus of elasticity of Hydrotechnical Concrete
Conclusions The table of the modulus of elasticity of concrete $ E_{c} $ given in SNiP II-57-77 should be used for concrete with a small coarse aggregate particle diameter and with a large proportion of the mortar component. The design age of concrete in this case should be 28 days.In the case of using concrete for massive structures with little reinforcement the design age of concrete is taken as 180 days and the modulus of elasticity should be determined in conformity with the method presented in this article.
