Conclusions Pressure fluctuations in pressure conduits of HESs and PSSs induced by an unsteady regime of the unit are most completely determined when the disturbing action is represented as a random variable with a correlation function of the cosine-exponential type.The proposed method and calculation formulas permit determining the probable rms and maximum values of the amplitudes of the pulsations in any cross section of a cylindrical pressure conduit.The given apparatus provides a method of experimental determination of statistical indices characterizing the dynamic qualities of a given unit on a model.
