The history of the design and construction of the high-rise Ministry of Foreign Affairs Building is described, results of multiyear geodetic observations of the settlements of its foundations are analyzed, and comparative analyses of the foundation of the building with respect to different procedures, including consideration of the combined performance of the frame of the building and its bed are performed.
