Cohesion aspects in rheological behaviour of fresh cement mortars
Abstract The cohesion of fresh cement mortars was measured with a device currently used for shear test on clays, the Laboratory Vane. The effect of the water/cement ratio and the specific surface of the cement on cohesion was examined. The influence of the addition of a superfluidizer based on melaminic resins on the cohesion, flow and compressive strength of the mortars was investigated.
