The Analysis Method of Rock Mass Deformation of Large Cross-section Tunnel
Abstract In order to improve the accuracy of prediction of rock mass deformation, the regression analysis method and time series method have been established to forecast the deformation. Based on the monitoring data in Manziwan tunnel, appropriate transformation has been used to linearize the nonlinear regression analysis model to fit the data in regression analysis method while the procedure of time series method has been illustrated specifically. By comparing predictions with monitoring data, the analytical results show that the accuracies of the predictions are highly regarded. For the regression analysis method, choosing an appropriate function model is important to the accuracy of prediction by comparing the composition error. The accuracy of prediction in time series analysis is better than the others methods in the first 3 days while it declines with the number of time steps increasing.
