Study on Influencing Factors of Support Stability About Gob-Side Roadway in Fully Mechanized Caving Face
Abstract For the purpose of studying on influencing factors of support stability a gob-side roadway in fully mechanized caving face, the mechanical model and the numerical simulation model were established, the influencing factors of support stability of interaction between support and roof was studied, and the stability of roadway support under different influencing factors were analyzed. Results showing that the support resistance increased with the width, economic impact was combined, the optimal width of the support was 3 m. The internal parts of the support would be plastically damaged when the length of working face extended to 240 m, it would be instability when the working face exceeded 240 m. The stability of the support could be maintained by four Φ 22 × L 2000 mm FRP bolts in certain geological conditions, and it was influenced by inclination angle of working face, the current support scheme failed as the inclination angle exceeded 25°.
