The Operational State Justification of the Building of the Station Unit of Zagorskaya PSPP-2
Results of a comprehensive set of special studies (including determination of the actual stresses in the reinforcement of load-bearing structures by the “unloading reinforcement” method) of the states of the reinforced concrete structures of the building of the station unit of Zagorskaya PSPP-2, from the point of view of its suitability for further use after alignment of the position of the PSPP building (including for justification of the possibility of its alignment), as well as during the alignment. Analysis of the results of the comprehensive studies has shown that the reinforced-concrete structures of the building of the station unit of Zagorskaya PSPP-2 are in an operational state, which is sufficient to conduct measures for alignment of the PSPP building (with the necessary reinforcement of a number of structures with carbon bands), as well as for subsequent use of the reinforced-concrete PSPP building.
