Some General Aspects of Describing Atmospheric and Riverine Turbulence
For the general description of river and atmospheric turbulence as a whole, an obvious and simple model is proposed in which turbulence in the atmosphere, lowland rivers, and laboratory trays is examined jointly. This makes it possible to use some characteristics derived in water flows (temporal and spatial scales of mean velocity, theoretical value of the bottom Karman constant) for air flows.
