Getting to Go: Women and Community Relations in Northern Ireland
This article examines the relationship between women and community relations in Northern Ireland through reviewing the relevant literature. It illustrates that much of the community development work undertaken by women can be described as community relations work. However as women are reluctant to label their activities as community relations, much of their significant contribution in this area has been continually overlooked.
