A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The constitutive laws for concrete and steel under fire environments are cast into a computer model that is combined with the algorithm for seismic response analysis of reinforced concrete buildings. Using this algorithm, a computer program has been developed, and a reinforced concrete building is taken as an example to show the applicability. Finally the effects of fire locations, fire duration, ground acceleration and axial forces on such buildings are investigated.
