Optimal Design of Pantograph Foldable Structures
In this paper, scissor-link foldable structures known as pantograph structures are studied. Recursive Quadratic Programming Method is used for optimal design of double layer grids, barrel vaults and antenna types of pantographs and space structures. Examples are provided to show the performance of the approach being employed.
