This phenomenon is particularly relevant in the industrial and commercial building industries and no single component of these buildings has undergone more changes in recent years than that of the roofing system. As a result of the many changes in building design considerations, roofing systems have become a very costly, complex, and potentially troublesome item that building owners must now contend with.
