Bus network planning based on traffic demand forecast
With the acceleration of economic development and urbanization, rural residents' demands for work, shopping and entertainment in cities are also increasing day by day. At the same time, under the background of beautiful rural construction and rural tourism development, urban residents' demand for rural tourism is also increasing. The connection between the city and the countryside is getting closer and closer. Taking Yuantan town as an example, this paper adopts the traditional four-stage method of traffic demand prediction to predict the bus passenger flow in the traffic area divided by Yuantan town, and provides theoretical basis for bus network planning and bus route layout through the passenger flow prediction. Finally, the evaluation of the planned line network is made.
