Jet Grouting Slabs and Jet Grouting Piles
Excessive lateral deformation of supporting wall system can result in excessive ground settlement and subsequent damage to adjacent infrastructures. Above the final excavation level, the lateral struts/props can be used to control and restrain the wall deflection and ground movement. However, for deep excavations in soft clay, due to the lack of restraint of the wall below the final excavation level, the maximum wall deflection generally occurs below the final excavation level.
