Partizipationsprozesse im Rahmen des Projektes „Nachhaltige Entwicklung der Kamptal-Flusslandschaft”

Kurzfassung Voraussetzung für das Gelingen eines Partizipations prozesses ist eine rechtzeitige und vertiefte Information und Bewusstseinsbildung der Bevölkerung, die möglichst frühzeitige Erhebung der Interessen, Wünsche und Ängste der Bevölkerung (BürgerInnen-Leitbild/partizipatives Leitbild) und eine gezielte, moderierte Einbindung der BürgerInnen in den Planungsprozess selbst. Diesen Grundsätzen folgt das ProjektNachhaltige Entwicklung der Kamptal-Flusslandschaft 1. Im Zentrum steht dabei dieaktive Einbindung der interessierten Kamptalerinnen und Kamptaler, welche diesen die Möglichkeit einräumt, auf den Prozess selbst sowie die Ergebnisse Einfluss zu nehmen. Die BürgerInnen-beteiligung erfolgt von Beginn des Projektes an und begleitet sämtliche Projektphasen. Parallel dazu erfolgt — als Grundlage jeder Beteiligung — die kontinuierliche Information der Öffentlichkeit über Medien, Informationsveranstaltungen und das Internet.

Summary Any participation process will be successful only where the public is informed early and in detail, where an appropriate awareness is created, where the interests, wishes and anxieties of the citizens are studied as early as possible (citizen model/participative model) and where the local residents are involved in the planning process itself. These principles form the basis for the project “Sustainable Development of the River Landscape Kamp”1. The main purpose of this study is to encourage those residents of the Kamp Valley who are interested to take an active part and influence the process and its results. Public involvement starts with the beginning of the project and accompanies all its phases. At the same time, and as a basis of any participation, the public is continuously kept informed via media, information events and Internet.
