Corrosion leads to the cracking of concrete cover and degrades the bond strength of strand. This chapter theoretically analyzed the bond strength model of corroded strands by considering the rotation characteristics. First, an analytical model is developed to predict the bond strength of uncorroded strands by considering strand rotation. Then, the effect of corrosion-induced concrete cracking on the ultimate bond strength of corroded strand is analyzed theoretically. Finally, the theoretical model of bond strength of corroded strands is obtained.
