The Strategic Positioning in the International Maritime Logistics
The strategic vectors of the maritime logistics system development by countries have been substantiated. Trends in logistics development under the globalization condition have been identified. It has been proven that maritime logistics plays an important role in the world trade and economies development. It has been justified those countries that have access to the sea or ocean occupy leading positions in the ranking of countries with a high value of the Logistics Performance Index. The components of the maritime logistics system's effective development have been identified and the maritime logistics leaders have been defined. An analysis of the destructive factors impacts on the trade and the economy, as a whole, development, in particular the pandemic in the world and military action in Ukraine impact, has been carried out. Quantitative and qualitative indicators of the world’s leading ports development have been analyzed, in particular the different types vessels number, including depending on the flag, their carrying capacity, time spent in the port. The maritime trade development in the context of the main sea routes using: Non-mainline East West, North-South, South-South, Intra-regional, has been analyzed. With the help of cluster analysis, the main groups of countries that play a leading role in the international maritime logistics system formation have been identified and their development strategic directions have been substantiated.
