Research on the Influencing Factors of Migrant Workers’ Transformation into Industrial Workers Based on Intelligent Construction——Taking Chongqing as an Example
A high-quality workforce in the construction industry promotes the development of construction industrialization and intelligent construction. However, there are some difficulties in transitioning from traditional construction workers to industrial workers. This study takes migrant workers in the construction industry in Chongqing as a sample, and conducts empirical research using methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, SPSS factor analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the main influencing factors, strategic suggestions are proposed for your reference.
