Application of BIM Technology in the Construction Phase of Prefabricated Buildings
After several years of development, prefabricated buildings have now been widely used and promoted in China, but in general, due to the late start of the development of prefabricated buildings in China, there are still many shortcomings in their construction. However, if BIM is applied to prefabricated building construction, many problems can be effectively solved to improve construction efficiency and construction quality. The article discusses the application of BIM technology from three aspects: pre-construction, construction and post-construction of prefabricated buildings, and fully realizes the importance and necessity of applying BIM technology in prefabricated building construction.
