Low-Carbon Healthy City Assessment Systems
Abstract IPCC’s Fifth Assessment Report: Climate Change 2013 (AR5), pointed out that between 2000 and 2010, increased use of coal relative to other energy sources has reversed a long-standing pattern of gradual decarburization of the world’s energy supply (high confidence). IPCC-AR5 also give out the different scenarios for the future development, based on the energy demand and supply, the economic factors including the structure of industry, the GDP per capita, population, energy intensity of GDP, and carbon intensity of energy. These technology guideline for carbon emission and energy calculation and models are the core basement for low-carbon and healthy city assessment.
