Dynamic Characteristics of the PGU-450T Northwest St. Petersburg Combined-Cycle Cogeneration Plant
Abstract A controlled mathematical model of CCP dynamics for on-line study of the reaction of CCP component parts to the actions of control and protection devices is presented. The model makes it possible to work out the modes of load variation, startups and shutdowns, and emergency behavior of CCP. Much attention is devoted to waste-heat boilers that tie the GT and the steam turbine and determine the start-stop characteristics of the unit.
