Linearized Quadratic Integral Control for Single-Phase Single-Stage Symmetric SLCHBC for Residential Solar PV Grid-Tied Applications
This paper deals with a single-phase single-stage seven-level cascaded H-bridge converter (SLCHBC) with LCL filter for residential solar photovoltaic (PV)-based grid-tied applications using linear quadratic integral control. An incremental conductance technique is used for maximum power point technique of PV array in the SLCHBC topology. The design of control is incorporated in direct and quadrature reference frame. The system performance is studied at different conditions to adhere the limit of the IEEE-519 standard and IEC-61727 standard.
