Insights into the Influence of Cement Replacement in Recycled Aggregate Concrete
Abstract This chapter addresses the mechanical behaviour of concrete made with both recycled concrete aggregates and fly ash. A brief overview on the influence of fly ash in concrete mixtures are outlined. Then, the results of a wide experimental campaign carried out on concrete samples made with both recycled concrete aggregates (RCAs) and fly-ash (FA), respectively in partial substitution of natural aggregates and cement, are proposed.
