Analysis of Factors Influencing the Whole Life Cycle of Green and Livable Wooden Buildings and Construction of a Comprehensive Evaluation System
Green and livable wooden buildings are a new type of green building model characterized by low energy consumption, low pollution, and low emissions. They are an important choice for humans to address climate change, ensure energy security, and promote sustainable economic and social development. According to the connotation of green building, it refers to reducing the use of fossil fuels, improving energy efficiency, and reducing carbon dioxide emissions throughout the entire lifecycle of building materials and equipment manufacturing, construction, and use. The construction industry has become the most important industry for developing a green economy due to its high consumption of materials, high energy consumption, and fast effectiveness in energy conservation and emission reduction. Therefore, the development of green buildings has gradually become the mainstream trend in the international construction industry. This article innovatively analyzed the impact of environmental factors on the carbon emissions of wooden buildings from various perspectives such as the early, middle, and late stages of the construction process. From a new perspective, it interprets the changes in carbon emissions throughout the entire life-cycle of wooden buildings. Based on the analysis results, a complete and reliable comprehensive evaluation system is constructed, which can be used to analyze the carbon reduction and effectiveness of wooden buildings, This provides a good reference value for wooden buildings to better serve social development.
