Optimal upper-pool regulation assuring normal technical condition of dam at Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP
This paper is devoted to description of an algorithm developed by the JSC “VNIIG im. B. E. Vedeneeva” for optimal adjustment of the upper-pool level at the Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP with consideration of preservation of the normal technical condition of the dam. The practical value of the results obtained consists in the possibility of optimizing the filling and drawdown of the reservoir impounded by the Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP.
