Bitstream Generating Architecture
Abstract International standards Organization (ISO) and International Telecommunication Union (ITU) developed various video coding standards MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.264. These standards describe the bitstream structure. Codec architectures are designed to comply with rules of video coding standards and process the standard bitstream structure. The general video bitstream generating architecture in accordance with international IEEE standard specifications is proposed in this paper.
