Design Methodology for the Mechanical Performance of the Prefabricated Expansion RC Foundation of Onshore Wind Turbines
Based on the design checking method of integral cast-in-place wind tower foundation, considering the stiffness reduction effect and the change of stress characteristics brought by assembly technology, the design checking method of typical assembled fan foundation stress performance is put forward, which includes four aspects: foundation overall stability index, foundation overall bearing capacity index, joint bending performance and joint shear performance. The overall stability index of foundation can be subdivided into six parts: foundation void rate, foundation bearing capacity, foundation settlement, foundation rotation angle, anti-slip and anti-overturning, and the overall bearing capacity index of foundation can be subdivided into bending resistance, shear resistance and punching resistance. Finally, based on Python programming language, the program checking method of typical assembled fan foundation is designed, which realizes the purpose of parametric analysis and instantaneous results.
