Technical Solutions for Subsoil Irrigation Systems
The article presents materials on subsoil irrigation (SSI) systems. The advantages and disadvantages of SSI systems, as well as recommendations for their use, are considered. New technical SSI solutions protected by Russian patents include the joint use of SSI and drip water supply, as well as the combination of SSI with sprinkler systems. The methods of using SSI for the utilization of livestock wastewater in compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards, as well as an SSI system for perennial plantations with salt water, are considered.
