Optical Locking System Using Photonic Crystal Structure
Abstract Electrical locking system based on photonic crystal filter in the range of visible spectrum is presented in this paper. Both the PWE simulation and Matlab Simulink model are used to realize the locking system and Proteus ISIS simulation is also implemented using Arduino Uno for checking the hardware perfection. Here, simulation outcomes from reflectance characteristics graph which is obtained by PWE simulation is compared with some pre-defined binary bits by Arduino embedded board to lock or unlock the locking system.
