The country issued a request for the promotion of intelligent and prefabricated buildings, and proposed innovative construction methods that adhere to standardized design, factory production, assembly construction, integrated decoration, information management, and intelligent applications; this detonated an extraordinary shortage of prefabricated construction talents the fuse. This article explores the related issues of practical teaching construction of prefabricated buildings in colleges and universities, in order to promote the comprehensive reform of the training mode of prefabricated building talents in colleges and universities, cultivate high-quality skilled talents that meet the actual work needs of employers, and enhance students’ employability.
