Dynamics of Interface Described by Generalized Random Walks
Abstract By modelling the dynamics of an interface, we show a procedure of obtaining an action which plays a role of the thermodynamic potential for an ecological system. The interface is a boundary of a colony size of bacteria. To specify the boundary, we propose a simple model process for growth rates of the colony size.
