Abstract Bridge repair methods were discussed. Decision about repair, rehabilitation or replacement has clear economic implications, and it is a part of the bridge management system. Closely related are bridge diagnostics (intelligent gauges, remote sensing) and evaluation (non-destructive testing, mathematical models, damage accumulation, inspection, proof loading).
