Selection of the Optimal Composition of Shotcrete According to the Criteria of Durability
Some compositions for the preparation of shotcrete are considered. The results of experimental studies of physico-mechanical changes in the properties of shotcrete under the influence of liquid aggressive media (sulfates and chlorides) are presented. The diffusion permeability of shotcrete coatings for liquid sulfate and chloride media has been established based on changes in the concentrations of calcium cations, sulfate and chloride anions, and relative changes in the mass and strength of samples during compression. The percentage change in the mass and compressive strength of samples exposed to sodium chloride and sulfate solutions has been determined. Changes in the capillary-porous structure of shotcrete under the influence of liquid aggressive media have been established.
