After the introduction of a new world of work, however, many companies notice that they had too little courage in implementing their concepts. The expected opportunities have been fulfilled and many fears have not materialised. In regular consulting projects at the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering (IAO), it can be seen that project processes for the implementation of a new working environment are not determined by the vision of the company management, but by fears.
